This is a very high standard and impressive Study according to an industry contact. Each of the contributors are experts in their field: the document is totally independent from any government leaning. It's "politics proof" basically.
What's needed now is to translate what the ramifications are for Blue to give a sense of value to the company. Needless to say, when research analysts start going through the 270 pages to unravel projected costs, revenues etc. there will be a greater sense of what it might mean for Blue Energy. Who knows where it might end, but we are only now at the beginning!
