Chris Bowen was interviewed on radio in Melbourne on Wednesday by Tom Elliott on 3AW.
He stated that people on pensions would be exempt from the Labor proposal to ban the refund of franking credits.
That was a lie. Bowen knows his own policy full well that was amended to say that only registered pensioners as at 28th March 2018 are to be exempted.
So loose with the truth Mr. Bowen
