One of the arguments the nuclear shills have been using is that we need to lift the ban so that nuclear companies have confidence to spend time looking at the Australian market . ln particular this is the argument of the apprentice nuclear shill, Will Shackel.

He claims that they don't know what it will cost to build a reactor here and they won't bother costing one unless the ban is lifted. He made that statement on a video posted here a couple of days ago.

Couple of problems with that claim.

The Dud says that nuclear power will be cheaper than renewables . Even though renewables will still supply 90% of the power . Not sure how that works ? what.png .
So clearly the Dud does know exactly how much it would cost otherwise he couldn't make that statement . Therefore we don't need to lift the ban to determine the cost .

Clearly the apprentice nuclear shill wasn't in that meeting . redface.png

Further to that, we don't need to lift the ban to know the cost . Nuclear plants have been built all over the world . We already have that information . From the very cheapest to the most expensive.

Does anyone think that we could build a reactor cheaper here than the British , the French or the Americans given they all have been building them for half a century ? Countries that we partnered with to build submarines .

    Nuclear is dead .
