    Is BUL is heading down even more?

    In 2000 BUL was trading at over 80 cents. In late 2008 it reached a low point of around 10 cents. Currently trading at 12.5 cents on its way to 2 cents in 2016?

    I am not a BUL downramper. The price movement does not have a good feel to it. With a possible GFC2 looming in 2011 I get the feeling oil/gas is not the place to be in the short-medium term, despite what people say about the Chinese boom (possible future bust).
