Energy Minister, serial failure Chris Bowen is treating the energy crisis like “a big comedy skit”.

“Orperhaps take the tour to your houses at home as you go to pay your rapidlyincreasing power bills. Not that you would want the minister anywhere near yourhouse, he'd come armed with batteries, solar panels and an electric vehicle.”
