If humanity is to evolve to Mind 2.0 in numbers, I think it will come through technology. Probably Neuralink. Just take a snapshot of an advanced meditator's fMRI (someone like Matthieu Ricard), and upload it via an implanted chip. Sometimes I think this is not far off happening. Musk already has chips implanted in monkey's brains, and he is getting them playing video games using mental signalling.
Why spend 20 years in meditation when you could just buy the update?
