re: bowler targetted over links with burke..aust well CAZ dont need anymore than the operation of the law so it doesnt really matter if bowler was corrupt or just screwed up. The C of A will overturn the decision on the facts and the law and direct the minister Bowler or some other if Bowler resigns for whatever reason what matters are relevant and a decision will be made that is in line with a judicial interpretation of 111A. All the rest is hoopla hold it tight. CAZ's view has been that Bowler only didnt understand and that could be quite right but it doesnt take any more than that, he doesnt have to be proved to be corrupt in relation to shovelana or otherwise for CAZ to get the tenement.
The recent shenanigans is just a quicker result if it shakes the tree before the case otherwise kick back till March and let it roll out. Still if Bowley gets disgraced and the case goes ahead pretty funny to see him give evidence on behalf of the government when he is shot, imagine the cross examination as to credit! So John you were forced to resign because? You are completely honest and have high integrity? Really good night. the real issue is if RIO could get the gov for the past decison and the hearing will fix that. It is all just a timing issue when not if !
