so our announcement by db say that they are legally allowed to borrow stock to short or to what they require it for,or have i misread this announcement,but who needs these people to surpress the share price, is it another arrow tatic,since these have been on our register our shareprice has been manipulated for their advantage or for a low ball offer by another company,
