Yeah this is good. Firstly, the IIN transaction looks good and will probably be well-received. AMM's funding arrangement looks OK to. As much as I would have liked to participate to avoid dilution, this effect will be minimal because FCL (and 2 others) have done the good thing and paid current mkt price (20c) for their extra shares (normally placements - and rights issues - occur at a slight discount).
