recent report about couple being badly injured in home invasion, may have helped if they'd had a trap or two. Beginning to wonder if legislation shouldn't be introduced whereby a criminal should lose any right to claim any kind of legal protection while / after committing a crime (other than normal legal representation in court) ... meaning say if one is bashed while robbing someone, no matter what happens during that defensive act the "robber" has no right after the robbery act commenced. (while committing a crime normal rights are lost to the criminal)????? Alternative is to just make crime legal, whereby we are all on the same footing. If we need a new set of tyres, go get them from the person down the road while they sleep?
