The NRL have obviously chosen to do what is right for the players thinking that the season will go ahead. Maybe it is right, maybe it is wrong. I suppose it just goes to show the benefits of having a union.

You obviously don't get it, but I am sure there are businesses out their that are hurting or not even getting an income and bosses are sympathetic to the plight of their employees and are spending their own money to prop up their employees.

I said PLAYERS should have money stashed away for a rainy day.

I also said that there are businesses that are getting no income,

and shouldn't be paying their (employees).

You keep prattling on about the season going ahead,

but you still haven't (and obviously won't) answer, if they are currently

getting "broadcasting money".

The fact (?) that the NRL has saved some money in the bank,

and the players haven't, doesn't mean that they are still entitled

to 50% of their wage.

Lot of businesses that have laid off employees because they aren't generating

any income, have $mills. but that doesn't entitle the employees to any of it.

These so called footballers will end up financially ruining their clubs

and won't have anyone to play for if/when the season kicks off again,

because of their greed now.
