By far the largest majority of Iraqis were killed, maimed and/or tortured by their fellow Iraqis, not by the Coalition. As far as I am aware, they are still killing and maiming each other,although to a much lesser degree.
And of course, there were countless thousands who were tortured and murdered by SH before the invasion, whilst thousands more were killed during his reckless invasion of Iran.
