its a pretty safe be bet to assume, that a consensus of market thought would be that if this tech stock, after 12 months, got even just one of its POC into commercialization, the rational of the seller camp would evaporate to some extent.
its a case of if they can or can not close a deal. That validates the full development circle of the tech. And not just a sheet kicker, a good one. eg indo, brazil (2)
Noting Divan is already a binding contract, and valued partner, its the hollywood content being the icing on that cake we wait for.
While you also have the $1.6m shortfall that can yet be placed - any one of a number of parties whose interest is to see this remain a going concern.

Until TV2U bring on-board a senior sales resource who will run sales execution on all significant deals to successful close the SP will stay on life support sub 1c.
