See guys like Tony Sage have a great business plan when combinations of cash & tenements to produce a FV.
Buy, develop, sell or hold & develop depending on the model criteria. The gain in shareprice & enterprise value is in the development or capital gain.
You can all wan* on about future certainty but the future is what you make it & I never saw the current board making much headway. Plenty of talk but bugger all drill holes or acquisitions & zero strategy of any vertical or horizontal plan to develop. I think hope for the best was probably their criteria at least thats what the evidence presents.
Anyway, now SOL, GL & board are saddled with each other for the short term at least. They deserve each other. You had it all & could have been world class instead of.....
Oh well short term PV, provincial, myopic, cover your ass management is what we all got whether we acknowledge it or not.
