Looks like there are quite a few cashed up major companies looking for cheapish entry into bill bbll reserves.
Also looks like those companies aren't having much luck.
Think Kenya is still working out issues with their 8 additional blocks east of Mbawa, think Total got one but not up to date on that.
Still happy to give Shell 15% of Namibia, for full 3D of omen block 2012B, it would be nice to have Shell as partners.
