Conversely there is a tendency with some to refer only to the "colossal upside" but none of the risks.
In a proportionate sense this is rubbish. There is very little reward discussion in the barrage of posts that talk about risk. This disproportion surely exists for a reason.
It's not that the reward doesn't exist, it's because such posters would rather we ignore it and join the worry-wagon.
Look back at the barrage of negative posts, they're continual. It's easy to start the worry-wart infection, and difficult to get people to maintain a sense of proportion.
Plus posters who actually understand the stock tire of repeating the same things over and over because the worry warts want others to forget.
