reimbursement per unit is in excess of $100k. Yet you're so unmoved by this it doesn't rate a mention.
But MSB won't be getting 100K. This deal was struck by Osiris with JCR in 2003. Osiris then sold it to MSB a few years back. JCR took this to market from 2003 and they will be a first amongst pharmaceuticals if they cough up 100% of the revenue. I have heard an estimate of a 20% royalty by some, but it is unknown. Osiris saw fit to give it up and some ip for around $100 million.
