I agree with you: the science has to inform the price (what could the alternative be?).
The question is whether it does so accurately.
It sounds like you are saying that there are other things - in addition to the science - which affect the market value of the stock. Except that in MSB's case, none of these apply ("But that is not msb IMO").
Does this mean that you are saying the stock is fairly valued at $646m market cap?
