One other point, the discussion paper is pointing out that the product assays do not predict who or how many will respond in what way. That is they expect all patients to respond in the same way if they are given the same product.
Not sure what this says about the steroid treatments, the high percentage that have nil effect, the steroid refractory patients, despite patients being given appropriate doses. And this is ignoring side effects that can be brought on by steroids.
Maybe the MAGIC Consortium could extend their research to predict who will not respond to Ryoncil?
