"big pharma deal is still forthcoming" - does this really mean an increase in share price. 25c for NEU would equate to a fully diluted valuation of $462m . BNO which has a current enterprise valuation of $100m has 2 license deals with Merck & Co worth US$678m . Neu has a higher enterprise valuation than BNO and yet people are expecting the price to rise after a deal.
