I don't think self-promotion is ideal at this point in time the most it can do is ramp up the share price for a short time. the important people know about NEU and they are much better to deploy their limited resources on fully preparing for their meeting with the FDA. The SP will catch up at some point if the meeting is successful. This was always going to be a waiting game.
