Yes WPL are a JV participant in RSSD just like Cairn, Petrosen and FAR since they took control of COP Senegal BV..... and BP are participants in their JV with Kosmos and Petrosen too now that their transfer of WI in the farm-down was completed.
According to the current exploration PSC operator (Cairn) - WPL will formally transition to operator with the submission of the exploitation plan.
Subject to outcome of FAR arbitration of course......
