    CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS POST.

    The IMA was in place prior to the company listing on the ASX. It was for a term of 5 years. Prior to listing the company incorporated in Nov 2014 and raised $22.3m (Was this Beston Pacific's money?) prior to the $100m IPO.
