As much as I don't like the way its operating, EY are only auditors, its really up to ASIC if there seems total conflicts here, with BPAM paying the CFO and CEO its pretty hard not to see that there isnt a conflict. The company set that agreement up under the nose of ASIC and are now just laughing at them, although there does need to be a complaint made, you cant expect ASIC to know what is going on in every company.
If there is a conflict they need to act on it and hold those responsible accountable.
