I don't know.
You could argue the other way, that if buyers are expecting that to happen, they will wait until after the shares come on on the 22nd I think.
The current price seems very low to me and there is no upwards pressure at all. Buyers could be waiting or this stock is just a dud and best avoided.
Long term it should do OK, but short term who knows.
