Yeah, also I doubt if there would be any premium when the new shares get issued on 22nd so doubt if anyone (who mistakenly or stupidly took up their rights) would sell.
What still astounds me is why they are spending over half of the rights proceeds to fund a water treatment plant when they havent even confirmed that the mine will still be operating after 2016 - shouldnt they work that out first before they waste other peoples' money on this unless they are looking to move into another line of business - water theme park perhaps?!
