The way I Understand it is you tell your bank the biller code + the ref No: and the amount shown on your Entitlement form and the bank does it automatically you do not have to send in the form If in doubt you can ring 1300 728 275 they have an automated message which tells you what to do. By the way whats the weather like in Hoxton now a days.
