I, (TFHN) would expect provided you can proove , by receipt that you made a BPAY transfer, it would not matter if you did it 5 minutes before closing.

A question without notice:

If the SPP is NOT fully subscribed, can CXY offer the remaining shares to Lens mates, I mean (Private and Sophistcated investors).


On the other hand, If the SPP is over subscribed could the board put it to the share holders to release more shares for the excess money raised from the SPP.

After all CXY want and need as much money as possible.
