I agree - $1 is easily achievable by year end or early 2004 if they can hold the debt against increased revenue and further cost cutting. The overall play is reasonably high risk but you have to back Hart and his team because they have their money on the line (and lots of it) and they are universally highly regarded.
I don't agree that the lack of dividend was a factor - rather there were a lot of holders who were (are) sitting on profits that they couldn't resist (hi Brunette) plus the report said that the next year could be flat. The share has run hard over the past few months - it held today. I hold this for long term unless it hits my stop loss at 60 cents - and I dont expect that.
There was an excellent report by Rob Gottleibson in today's Australian - still on their site.
ps This site really goes to the dogs at night - a couple of posters would improve the site no end by disappearing.
