Bpf query

Curious about this little company on a few things from those who've been watching for longer than I;

1. Are earnings (profits) steadily increasing or is recent profitability been generated from investor cash injections/ clever accounting?
2. Noticed recently capital was raised - was this purely for acquisition?
3. Some confusion regarding P/E - Westpac at 80, Google finance at 10! - assuming Westpac would be more reliable here.
4. Does anyway have much knowledge of directors and their history with other mentioned companies in bio
