These acquisitions, although accretive for the business, do cost $$, which i think the market is waiting to see if BPF's eyes were too big for its stomach.

The acquisitions place BPF in pole position in the region(NZ, AUS SEAsia) for Amazon, end to end, digital strategies and Cloud services.
As to the board, they have done a great job so far. The CEO is degree qualified as a Computer whiz, not sure his exact quals. Smart money was already in at $0.19 or so.
I would think at these prices it is still a bargain for a long term gain over the next 1-5 years, depending upon your target.
