He is talking about in 6-12 months time though to be fair.  I think complaining about the exchange at the moment is a bit like complaining that a toddler is not able to run a marathon.  It will take a while for them to get going.  

The important thing about having the exchange running at the moment is that it attracts prospective private investors.  We will need more of them to build up the capabilities of the exchange before we can really start marketing it to a wider customer base.
