Jan 13 won't happen. I don't think the asx will be happy with the responses as they weren't last year with similar Q&A where there were follow up questions. Imo, if asic let them off the hook, which I doubt tben it would be mid year minimum to be trading and relisting. Although I don't think they will be allowed to do either - ever.
Has anyone seen any evidence that things have changed, like, the product finished testing? Debtors been collected etc. If so, then things will turn around.
I've been accused as being too negative but there is not one shred of positive news in the last 6 months that would make anyone think that things have turned around. Oh apart from a front end web site with spelling errors.
