I doubt that Australia is crying for a Crypto Exchange as there are already three Australian based ecchanges.
BPG will be the only ASX listed exchange.

Regarding the use of SOARCoins for realestate. This past week, I have called contacts in the realestate and Fintech space and they are aware of this. So do not write SOARCoin off.

The key value is that BPG have stated that SOaRCoin will not be the only product on the exchange.

Additionally, Warrick developed BeefLink which is using SOARCoin as the coin for their distributed ledger.
