    Why does BPH struggle to get over 7 cents and BUY continues to climb on the back of PEP 11 - BUY now 9.3 cents, when both have similar interests in PEP 11 (I think BPH will have more)??? There does not seem to be any interest in BPH by any other than huge accumulators who will only pay bargain prices...
