Nevertheless, the government and NOPTA would lose serious credibility if this goes any further out than 4 week maximum guideline. Saying that, using the 4 week timeframe would also show on paper - they've done effective due diligence.
id sue if i was Advent, on the basis of government interference in the event of it blowing outside the maximum 4 week timeframe for it to get unapproved...
