Not quite, 24/3/24 is the date that NSW Parliament proposes to resume debate. There is no certainty that any legislation will be proposed, there is no certainty that any proposed legislation would pass, nor on which date any proposed legislation, should there be any, might be put to the NSW Parliament. What is certain is that NSW Parliament has no jurisdiction over PEP11, NOPTA or the JA (as the Federal Minister has the final say). The NSW legislation, and date of 24/3/24, are red herrings.
