    1- You can actually see what she said if you review her transcripts from State parliament over the long term (I believe she actually did make it clear).
    2- This "new legislation" is in the context of banning coastal pipelines, if that happens then the project would be unviable in my opinion.
    3- You said, "was not promoting gas as the avenue to a low emissions future" that is actually incorrect, please review the old threads, we talked about this at great length, the previous Government promoted gas far more than this Government, "Gas Led Recovery" etc, and amongst that was the need for gas to support "firming and peaking" it is literally what the Snowy Hydro Kurri Kurri gas plant is for (replacing coal and to support renewables).
    4- You are confusing volume generated from news catalysts and overall market volume (if there are less traders/investors, there will be less response to catalysts compared to if there were more traders/investors).
    5- Yes, and until it is repealed, that is a problem. Especially if the Joint Authority said their decision would be made "in tandem" (source: 70890107).
    6- I also don't like discretionary technical analysis, however, if there are blatant bearish signals, I don't ignore them.
