I accidentally wrote bullish in the quoted post: 71279474

It is bearish because they would be removing her because of what she previously said about the PEP-11 project, (therefore if she was replaced they could reject it without the decision maker being accused of bias because of what she previously said).

What the Joint Authority decision maker (Hon Madeleine King MP) previously wrote:
