You are right re binary decision. The chart goes out the window once the decision is made, or if word starts filtering out about the decision before a trading halt is granted. The move up/down will be rapid.

In the meantime while we’re in limbo, the chart is telling us a story about the psychology surrounding the stock.

Renewed interest (volume) shows this is on the radar now for long term investors, punters and brokers. That spike up to 7.2c was a little hot, so they’ve brought it back down.

Just remember we also have plenty of stale holders above, who would be happy to sell at breakeven or close to breakeven or at a small profit given how long they’ve been “stuck” in the stock for.
