I'd say that H&S formation is over now, it's a good sign to see that the buyers kept it nice and close to that decline line on the right.
Also good to see it wasn't as steep as the first breakout from the uptrend. This meaning that there wasn't as much selling pressure and/or there was simply more buying volume there to support it.
Will continue to stay stagnant until a new pattern/trend forms. I think it'll stay around these levels until the status changes to APPROVAL
