"if bph gets approval from nopta, easy 6c" - I think you are under estimating what an approval will do, "IF" approved (probably get an answer in the next 8-12 mnths) BPH could easily open @ 0.06 but I would be confident in seeing 0.20-0.30 within a few days.
This is a long game peeps, but the rewards will be HUGE (IMO) if it get through.
