Haha, good one Babble, but this is a class action thread, so don't change the topic about me, let's keep it to the class action facts.

Fact 1. By your own admission, there is no class, unless you had options and sold them after Scomo's annoucement.
Fact 2. By your own admission again, if you sold shares after and made a loss, then you'd have a class action case.
Are you kidding, hahaha
Fact 3. By your own admission, if you didn't sell your shares, and they went up, then you wouldn't have a class action case.
Is that the most niave post I've ever read, seriously, and you have the audiacity of saying that I have reading and comprehension difficulty, yeah right.

If no-one can understand why there will never be a class action, just by reading the above 3 facts, then honestly, what can I say.
