What's everyone's thoughts on pursuing class action now that the Federal Court has determined that SM's Pep-11 decision was "infected by apprehended bias." Is there still a basis to pursue such action now that SM's decision has been quashed and is being remitted to the Joint Authority? The Commonwealth has been ordered to pay Asset Energy's costs but what happens to the share holders who were financially affected as a result of the initial unlawful decision?
