It seems to me that PEP11 wont get approved until MMR its parent company's ASX suspension is lifted and it is trading normally again. But someone said (Flambeau was it?) that MMR cannot get its suspension lifted until PEP11 is approved. How is that little paradox going to be solved I wonder.
