It is true that MMR will not be re-instated to trading until after PEP11 is approved. This requirement has been attributed to the ASX as a pre-condition for re-instatement. Other pre-conditions that the ASX set included, (1) outcome of the PDF court case (won), and (2) outcome of the NOPTA decision by Scomo appeal (won), have mow been met. The other remaining pre-condition is to raise capital to meet ASX listings rules compliance. So that's the order, PEP11 decision first, then CR, then re-instatement.
