I guess they say "will receive if approved". If they were talking about the old oppies we already have them so this wouldn't make sense. Hey I'll take some free options if it's the case in guessing they are setting it up to get money when drilling gets closer.
The first reason that comes to mind for why they would want to get approval to be able to issue more share placements would be more money for drilling ect looking past nopta
