And they rubber stamp the agreement.. thats all.
The matter was to be heard...now it wont.
The court has no other involvement.
The NOPTA recommendation still stands.. and the J.A Authorises said recommendations as a new authorisation.
Maybe you are a lawyer... i dont know...but you certainly have the knack for clouding things.
