Interesting development in NSW, likely unrelated to today's announcement, but significant nonetheless. The plan to build the Newcastle LNG import terminal has been scrapped. This places a huge question mark over the Port Kembla Import Terminal too. Where can NSW find gas without fracking prime farm land and polluting the Great Artesian Basin, does anybody know?
