BPH - How the PEP11 court case will be won, page-4

Great summation JD and thanks for compiling. I would be very surprised to see the court case play out in March as I’d imagine lawyers from both sides would be involved in discussions as we speak. IMO the case cannot be won by the government. Don’t forget the censure motion plays a part in this as well. It would be impossible for the government to censure that fool then walk into court and defend the very actions of that same censure. The case is won IMO the only variable is when that becomes public and how King then handles the review of the pep11 application. Whilst I understand the machinations of the political system move slowly it would not surprise me in the least to wake up one day and have a significant announcement for BPh come out of the clear blue skies.
